Robert White
I am a business lawyer who discovered his true calling was helping people, teams and organizations grow. I have 30+ years experience working with lawyers and executives in the business, academic and nonprofit sectors. I have training in coaching and psychology as well as in management and law.
Before Robert White Consulting, I served as Executive Director of California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP). In my 7+ year term at CMCP, I provided strategic leadership in developing opportunities for business attorneys to grow their businesses and career success through networking and professional development. Prior to CMCP, I served as Director of Alumni Career Services at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Manager of Corporate Services Training at Robert Half International, and Vice President and Senior Counsel at Wells Fargo Bank.
I am a graduate of Morehouse College (BA), the University of Kent at Canterbury, UK (BA, Marshall Scholar), Stanford Law School (JD), and Golden Gate University (MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology). I am a Board Member for the ACLU of Northern California and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
With my years of experience as a leader and and as an advisor to leaders, I have identified that my own strengths are in critical analysis, compassion, integrity and humor. My personal and professional mission is to help others flourish professionally and personally.

Led nonprofit focused on diversifying legal industry, including advising a board of senior leaders and developing programs on leadership, professional development and diversity.
Coached and supported alumni at all levels of experience on career development; stewarded relationships between alumni, school and employers.
Developed innovative, customized training program to facilitate collaboration between legal and sales teams. Managed corporate training curriculum.
